In accessing and using the services of SocialTrades, you commit to all terms and conditions set in this Terms of Service Agreement. Additional terms and conditions may apply to additional areas of the website or particular negotiations or content posted on the site, in conjunction with the actual Terms of Service Agreement.
You agree that the Terms of Service, combined with your act of using the Site, have the same legal force and effect as a written contract with your written signature and satisfy any laws that require a writing or signature, including any applicable statute of frauds. You further agree that you shall not challenge the validity, enforceability or admissibility of the Terms of Service on the grounds that it was electronically transmitted or authorized. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of use, you may not access or otherwise use this Site. We reserve the right to revise these terms and conditions from time to time. When we make changes, we will post them here. You may wish to check this section from time to time because your use of the Site following any changes indicates your agreement to be bound by those modifications.
This Site is offered and available to users who are 13 years of age or older. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet the preceding eligibility requirement. If you do not meet this requirement, you must not access or use the Site.
SocialTrades holds the right to make changes to the Terms of Service Agreement at any time. Users who use the SocialTrades’ website agree to follow any change or modification and are bound to the modified Terms of Service Agreement. The current revision date of the Terms of Service Agreement is listed below.
(1) WEBSITE USE
SocialTrades possesses full intellectual property rights to all content, images and visual elements on the website. This information may not be used, copied, distributed, transmitted, or altered unless expressly authorized by SocialTrades.
The content and website are protected by U.S. and foreign copyright laws. These belong expressly to SocialTrades or other copyright owners who have given express authorization to use their information on the SocialTrades website.
(3) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
As you are bound by the Terms of Service, you must indemnify, defend and hold SocialTrades free from any claim arising out of, relating to, or connected with your alleged breach of the Terms of Service in using SocialTrades’ services. You must also indemnify, defend, and hold SocialTrades harmless based on any claim alleging facts that, if true, would constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Any potential user agrees to solely use the website for lawful purposes, and not to compromise the security of the website, render it inaccessible to others or cause damage to the content, service or website. As a user, you agree to refrain from any action that may add, subtract or modify the content of the site. You agree to refrain from accessing content without permission and will not use the website in any way other than the way it is intended.
(5) CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
SocialTrades only requires confidential information to pursue the service. Any other material or information sent to the website will be considered non-confidential. You authorize SocialTrades the royalty-free irrevocable permission to use, display and distribute in whole or in part, the submission in any manner it sees fit.
(6) CORRECTION OF INACCURACIES
SocialTrades reserves the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in the content on the website or to change and update the content at any time without giving prior notice. However, SocialTrades do not guarantee that errors, inaccuracies or omissions will be corrected immediately.
This Terms of Service Agreement with SocialTrades constitutes the entire agreement between all parties with respect to the subject matter hereof.
(8) INACTIVE USER ACCOUNTS
SocialTrades supplies social media services to users looking to increase their social media following strictly for credibility purposes. The social media followers, views, likes, plays, comments and etc that are provided in all the packages are not to be purchased for engagement but rather for online credibility. We do not guarantee shares, likes, comments or activities and interactions will arise from the packages that we supply. Although unlikely, there is a chance that purchasing our packages may result in account issues with the respective social platforms. We are 3rd party service providers and we are not affiliated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Soundcloud, Spotify, LinkedIn, Vimeo, TikTok or any other future social media platforms.
We reserve the right to refuse service to users without official explanation and in such cases, we shall refund in full the amounts disbursed to SocialTrades payment accounts, known as (13) SocialTrades Wallet.
This is only for online credibility and not the ultimate solution to your marketing needs. It is still your responsibility to keep your account interesting by making sure its contents are worth engaging. It is your sole responsibility to ensure the numbers on your social media accounts are balanced.
SocialTrades do not unfollow/unlike/uncomment/un-retweet/undo any services once order is completed. If users are experiencing a decrease in any service, refer to (11) replacement policy for further details. Social media companies may sweep our accounts from time to time, and this is outside of our control. Our system will try to deliver over every time to prevent fall in services.
As a user of the service, users that notify SocialTrades within the (11) REPLACEMENT period will have it’s undelivered/dropped likes/followers/view/etc refilled. Once the replacement period expires, no replacement will be provided.
(9) DELIVERY SPEED or TURNAROUND TIME
SocialTrades is committed to having quick deliveries for all services. Most of our services are usually delivered in 24 hours (excluding time taken for reflection on users’ end). There may be instances where the turnaround time may increase due to events such as server maintenance, platform maintenance, security patches, purchase of split deliveries, and or even unavailability of service. Though SocialTrades will take reasonable efforts to remove unavailable services, there may be instances where service becomes offline right after it was purchased.
If the user is not satisfied with the delayed delivery, the user can lodge a non-delivery report with our support team. Once the report is approved, and the order queue has been dropped from SocialTrades’ server, a full refund will be issued within 48 hours under the (14) MONEY BACK GUARANTEE clause.
Upon registering for a weekly or monthly subscription, SocialTrades reserve the rights to charge users automatically weekly or monthly depending on the subscription selected. The user will be automatically charged by PayPal, (13) SocialTrades Wallet. Manual renewal is available to users selecting Coinpayments.net, BACS and Other Payments upon checkout. If the user prefers to switch from automatic renewal to manual renewal, send us a support email to have this changed. Unused quotas will be automatically rolled forward to the next billing cycle if it’s paid within 3 days. To cancel a subscription plan, head over to My Account -> Subscriptions and apply for either a suspension/temporary hold or cancelation. Failure to do so will result in the continuation of the next billing cycle.
(11) REPLACEMENT/REFILL GUARANTEE
SocialTrades offers its users a replacement policy if orders are not delivered as per promised. Below are the terms for each of the social media replacement.
1. All services – 5 Days (from the day order/batch is completed, unless stated otherwise on service page)
2. Trial services – 0 Days (from the day order/batch is completed)
Users will need to contact SocialTrades support team to have the replacement conducted. We do not provide replacements once orders exceeded guarantee period or if the current count falls below the start count.
To receive a refill, simply request for a refill via the Refill Request Form.
Some social media such as Instagram is well-known for its Instagram Purge. As this is a common practice done by Instagram, we will not hold any responsibility for any drop in Instagram Followers after the replacement guarantee period.
Any social media accounts with more than 100,000 followers will not be insured by our replacement policy; this is because the drop in followers could be due to the user using other service providers or even organic followers unfollowing the account. If you believe that the follower drop is our fault, send an email to our support team.
From 02/03/2018 onwards, SocialTrades will be offering users the option to select a 10 Days, 20 Days, 30 Days, 60 Days or 100 Days Refill Guarantee at an extra 7%, 13%, 19%, 35% and 55% on the total order respectively. All purchases in the order will be guaranteed a refill by the option selected (Eg: Guaranteed refill for any drop in Likes/Views and others till the 20th day after order completion instead of the standard 5 days guarantee, if the 20 Days Refill Guarantee is selected). Subscription packages with the “Refill Guarantee” option selected in its parent subscription will be renewed as per parent subscription. To modify or remove the “Refill Guarantee” option, the parent subscription will need to be first terminated and reregistered.
(12) SPLIT DELIVERY
SocialTrades offers its user the option to have its orders split for delivery. The user will be allowed to have the entire order split into 2 – 10 different deliveries. All split deliveries will be done by SocialTrades’ in-house split delivery algorithm. Most commonly done by splitting it into a few different days. If you wish to overwrite and prefer a certain way of delivery, have it noted in the notes section while checking out. If the request for split delivery is beyond the required minimum, the split delivery request will be ignored.
If the notes section is left blank, split delivery will be done as per algorithm permits.
(13) WALLET (or SOCIALTRADES WALLET)
SocialTrades offers its users the option to top up their SocialTrades Wallet via the MY ACCOUNT section. Wallet funds can be used on SocialTrades’ website as a substitution of USD fiat currency. Topup of SocialTrades Wallet can be done via PayPal, CoinPayments.net, BACS and Other Payments. Refunds are not allowed after it has entered the user’s wallet, neither can funds be withdrawn out of the account. Any form of a chargeback will result in account banning and fraud report.
(14) MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
SocialTrades offers its users the option to refund their money if a user’s needs are not met. These must be processed in due diligence and due process. SocialTrades reserves the right to meet the user’s satisfaction. Money refunded will only be in the form of in-store funds through (13) SocialTrades Wallet, which can be used only on SocialTrades’ website. Refund to PayPal, CoinPayments.net, BACS and Other Payments are not allowed. Free funds are not subjected to refund.
SocialTrades will not offer a refund if your video/profile/account has been banned due to it containing SPAM, FRAUD, DDOS and other ILLEGAL CONTENT or simply REMOVED by the user.
(15) PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE
SocialTrades will no longer offer price match guarantee on its services. All service servers are updated and currently offering high quality services at fair price.
Users are allowed to submit a price match guarantee request should they manage to find another service provider that is providing the EXACT same service at a lower price. All request will be independently verified by SocialTrades and price correction will be made publicly available for purchase on site. SocialTrades will have the final decision as to whether it will price correct its service. The price matched price will only be available for future order that is yet to be paid, and will not affect other pending and completed orders.
(16) TERMINATION OF SERVICE
The term of this Agreement will begin upon SocialTrades’ acceptance of your job order and will end when terminated by either party. If SocialTrades determines, in its sole discretion, that you are abusing the system, the company (without limiting any other rights or remedies available to it) withdraw your participation and withhold any amount to you.
You may not run other marketing campaigns while your SocialTrades service is active. We use specific statistics to measure our users’ campaigns and running other simultaneous marketing campaigns may interfere with. If you run other campaigns, you agree that SocialTrades is responsible for every follower, view, comment, like, visit and other interactions that you gain while your SocialTrades service is active.
